In an embodiment of his dedication and unwavering commitment to progress, Misamis Occidental Governor Henry Oaminal took the lead in implementing a transformative strategy aimed at propelling Aloran town into a new era of development.

Over a two-day period, from August 19 to August 20, Oaminal spearheaded the comprehensive dissemination of the 5M's strategy, which means Misamisnon Magpuyong Malinawon, Malambuon ug Malipayon, to municipal and barangay officials.

The cornerstone of this initiative involved conducting a fundamental orientation seminar, followed by meetings with barangay leaders. During these sessions, Oaminal expounded upon the pivotal significance of implementing the province's 5M's approach.

He underscored that the orientation process was a pivotal step in equipping barangay leaders with the necessary tools to establish performance benchmarks, deliver essential services, and achieve defined outcomes that align with the province's overarching mission.

Oaminal emphasized that the active participation and engagement of barangay leaders were integral to the success of this visionary strategy. "I am cascading the 5Ms down to the barangay level because our vision cannot be fully realized without active involvement and leadership at the grassroots. There is no province, no city, and no municipality without the foundation of barangays," he asserted.

Amidst the impactful event, Oaminal also unveiled a spectrum of plans, programs, and projects that encompassed various facets of development under the Asenso administration.

These initiatives encompassed diverse areas such as the enhancement of tourism destinations, agricultural advancements, education improvements, healthcare enhancements, road network expansions, and infrastructure development.

The promising trajectory of these projects holds the potential to significantly uplift the lives of Aloran's residents and foster sustainable growth within the town.
