MisOcc PMFC advisory council holds oath taking of new members

First Provincial Mobile Force Company Commander PLtCol Ernesto Niebito Daing administered the oath-taking ceremony.
He shared the importance of the advisory council to attain their vision.
"By 2030, we shall have a highly capable, effective and credible police service, working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of a safer place to live, work and do business. That is why we need you all to be with us, as our partners, who will always support us in any way that would help us in attaining our vision,” he said.
Performance Governance System (PGS)-PNP Patrol Plan 2030 stands for PNP Peace and Order agenda for transformation and upholding the rule of law.
For her part, Police Major Sheila P. Acosta, chief, Provincial Plan and Strategic Management Unit (PPSMU) explained that the Company Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (CAGPTD’s) is vital to the proper execution of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 and the exercise of strategic policy oversight.
“You all know that we need the support and assistance of our stakeholders especially the Company Advisory Council whom we consider as our strategy partner in delivering and performing our mission, of enforcing the laws in order to serve and protect the Misamisnons,” she said.
The new set of officers of the Company Advisory Council are Richard “Voting” Centino, Chairperson, Rhobespiere V. Pagalaran, Vice Chairperson for Internal Affairs, Hon. Rey B. Pelare Vice Chairperson for External Affairs, Shaine Mae R. Nagtalon, Secretary, Vergil L. Alon, Treasurer, and Pastor Zosimo L. Raval, Auditor.
The Company Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (CAGPTD’s) membership comes from the various sectors in the community who are individually known for their integrity, probity and leadership, and advocacy for transformation, transparency and good governance.(SMRN/PIA-10/Misamis Occidental)
