Sikop ang most wanted person, Top 1 City Level, nga may walo ka mga standing warrants of arrest, sa nagkahiusang pwersa sa Ozamiz City Police Station uban ang mga personahe sa Police Intervention Unit MisOcc, 102nd Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), Highway Patrol Group (HPG), Regional Special Operations Unit (RSOU) ug Maritime Police ubos sa direct supervision ni PMAJ Dennis Peñas Tano, nga mipahigayon sa joint manhunt operation batok sa maong Most Wanted Person.

Nasikop sa mga operatiba kapin kun kulang alas 9:30 sa buntag, Mayo 27, didto sa Barangay Aguada, ang usa ka Neil Bagaboyboy y Labor, 22 anyos, ulitawo, estudyante ug residente sa Purok 3, Brgy. Molicay ning dakbayan.
